These terms cover your use of gofood.ca, run by gofood ("we"). By using the site you agree to them. Using the gofood product itself is covered by the agreement you sign with us when you become a customer; if the two ever differ, that agreement wins.

What's on the site

We describe gofood as accurately as we can, but features, plans and prices can change. What's in your signed agreement is what applies to you. Product screens on the site are illustrations, and the restaurants in them are examples.

Our content

The gofood name, logo, text, designs and images on this site belong to us. You're welcome to link to the site and share it; please don't copy it or use our name and logo in a way that suggests we endorse something.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it or get around its security, no automated flooding of the demo form, and no using it to send us anything unlawful.

Links to other sites

We may link to sites we don't run. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
